- Check-in responses (energy levels, motivation, progress, pain levels)
- Notes and comments from members
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use GymSentry, we automatically collect certain information about how you interact with the Service, including usage patterns, device information, and browser type.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve GymSentry functionality (check-ins, risk scoring, action lists)
- Analyze member engagement patterns and predict churn risk
- Generate daily action lists and coaching recommendations
- Communicate with you about the Service
- Process payments and manage subscriptions

We do NOT sell your personal information.

- Service Providers: With third-party providers who help us operate GymSentry (Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for application hosting, payment processors)

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. After cancellation:
- We retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation
- After 30 days, you may request complete data deletion

GymSentry is not intended for individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Gym owners should obtain parental consent before adding minors to GymSentry.
