How GymSentry Works

GymSentry is a member retention platform for gyms and martial arts schools. Your gym coach has enrolled your facility in our weekly check-in system to help track member progress and engagement.

What Messages You'll Receive

Members: 1 SMS per week with a link to complete your 30-second check-in survey
Coaches: 2-3 SMS per week with action alerts for at-risk members
Follow-ups: Occasional messages from your coach based on your check-in responses

SMS Consent & Disclosures

By participating in GymSentry, you consent to receive:

Automated SMS messages from GymSentry on behalf of your gym
Message frequency: Approximately 1-4 messages per week
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan

Opt-Out Instructions:

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately
Reply HELP to get customer support information

How You're Enrolled

Your gym owner/coach signs up for the GymSentry pilot program
Coach provides member contact information during onboarding
You receive an initial welcome SMS with opt-out instructions
You receive weekly check-in reminders via SMS

Your Privacy & Data Rights

Your phone number and check-in data are stored securely and only used for:

Sending weekly check-in reminders
Alerting your coach if you're at risk of disengagement
Improving your gym experience

We will NEVER:

Sell your phone number to third parties
Send marketing messages unrelated to your gym
Share your data with other gyms or facilities

STOP Keywords: STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE

SMS Technology Provider: GymSentry uses Twilio for SMS delivery. By participating, you consent to receive messages from phone number (615) 235-5357.

TCPA Compliance: This SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Your consent is voluntary and not a condition of any purchase or service.

Operating Hours: Messages are sent only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone to comply with TCPA regulations.
